Option 1: Purchase or Lease a New Toyota

3. Take the vehicle you are interested in for a test-drive. Once you've made your decision; one of our Lease Specialists will go over all of your financing and lease options.
Option 2: Purchase your Current Toyota
If you fell in love with your Current Leased Toyota and would like to own it now, this option is the one for you! There is no need for a wear and use evaluation and there will not be any additional mileage charges. Simply follow these steps and Toyota of Batavia can help you in the process!

2. Contact a Lease Specialist at Toyota of Batavia by either
submitting a request here or calling us at 888-909-8585. We will go over your payoff, estimate your new monthly payment, explain financing or purchase options and explain any offers that may be available for your lease vehicle purchase.
Option 3: Turn in your Current Toyota
If you have decided that you no longer wish to drive your Current Toyota, this is the option for you! Toyota of Batavia offers a straight forward, no stress process to return your current vehicle in a few simple steps the we recommend below:

Please remember that often people are eligible to get out of their current lease before its end date with possibly a lower payment.
2. Assess the condition of you vehicle with the help of the Toyota
Wear and Use Guidelines. Unrepairable damage that exceeds normal wear and tear that are not repaired prior to your lease turn-in may result in additional charges at the end of your lease. At this time please review your mileage allowance agreement to determine if any additional mileage charges will apply at your lease end.
3. Make any necessary repairs. Toyota of Batavia may be able to offer help with cost-effective repairs if needed. Completing these repairs prior to your lease turn-in may save you a bill later on and may even be covered by your Insurance Company. If you would like to submit any repairs to your Insurance please be sure to check your auto insurance policy or contact your agent for accurate details and information on your policy coverages prior to having any repairs done.

5. Make sure you are up-to-date with all of your lease payments and cancel any automatic electronic payment arrangements. You are responsible for any past due payments, late fees, property tax and any other charges that may be due under your lease agreement. You are also responsible for any excess wear and use fees, and excess milesage charfes if applicable when you return your Toyota leased vehicle.
6. Turn-in your Toyota Lease. Take your cleaned vehicle to Toyota of Batavia at the scheduled date and time you've discussed with your Lease Consultant. You will be required by law to turn in a completed Odometer Statement at this time. Please remember to bring all keys, owner;s manuals, and any original equipment you may have removed from the vehicle while you were driving it (cargo cover, headrests, floormats, spare tire, etc.) An independant inspection company will perform a final inspection after you turn in your vehicle.
Once your inspection is complete, charges may be due if your vehicle surpassed normal wear and use and/or mileage limits. When permissible, your security deposit will be applied to pay or reduce the charges owed and you will be billed for any remaining amount due (your lease and applicable law may vary this process.) As set forth in your lease agreement, these charges, along with any remaining liability for unpaid citations and taxes, etc. are payable to Toyota Financial Services.
